Critical questions for developing reasoning for and in practice in Phase III:

1. What skills will I have to develop further in order to be effective?
2. What opportunities are there for you to practice your skills in applying the techniques?
3. Have you identified and accessed opportunities to practice aspects of your facilitation with smaller, perhaps more manageable groups? What are the informal ways in which you could do this?
4. Ask yourself: What more am I learning through my sessions and what is this telling me about what needs to happen next in this campaign?
5. Ask yourself: What may I be missing in my campaign sessions?
