1. Critically reflect on your positional power drawing on intersectional identity theory (Yuval-Davis, 2006).
   • a) How does your intersectional identity influence the way you develop understanding and build relationships in this context?
   • b) Consider how your identity as a member of a prestigious university and profession influence your relationships and what privileges you may have.
   • c) What strategies may you have to apply to prepare and allow yourself to engage authentically and equally in this context.
2. What theories, beliefs, assumptions and experiences inform your conceptualization of the possibilities for change? Are there theoretical perspectives or alternate assumptions that you have not considered?
3. What skills will you draw on or develop in order to successfully contribute in this context? What partnerships could you form to assist you with this process?
