TOPIC: Organisational change and impact on teaching and learning

LEARNING TASK: Change is constant. Discuss how change impacts on teaching and learning, and principles of managing change.

• Explain effects of curriculum change on student learning
• Apply at least one model of change management that you could use in your context

If you have made any changes to your teaching, explain the effects your changes may have on student learning. Explain any obstacles to these changes in relation to your organisation/department or context. Decribe how you might manage the change applying the Lorenzo and Riley model or any other change management model you know, or have used previously. Post any questions or other comments on forum.
