Good for physical and mental balance. Brings energy to a tired body. Stretches the whole spine and tones the nervous system, tummy muscles and also helps improve posture and digestion.
- Stand with your feet together. You can separate them a bit if you struggle to balance.
- Interlock your fingers and place your hands on top of your head with your palms facing upwards.
- Breathe in and stretch your hands to the sky, and come up onto your toes. Feel the stretch in your whole body from your toes to your fingers.
- Breathe out and lower your hands to your head and your feet to the floor.
- Rest for a few minutes and bring your attention to how your body feels now.
- Repeat another 4 times.
