Good for physical and mental balance. Brings energy to a tired body. Stretches the whole spine and tones the nervous system, tummy muscles and also helps improve posture and digestion.

  1. Stand with your feet together. You can separate them a bit if you struggle to balance. 
  2. Interlock your fingers and place your hands on top of your head with your palms facing upwards. 
  3. Breathe in and stretch your hands to the sky, and come up onto your toes. Feel the stretch in your whole body from your toes to your fingers. 
  4. Breathe out and lower your hands to your head and your feet to the floor. 
  5. Rest for a few minutes and bring your attention to how your body feels now.
  6. Repeat another 4 times.
