Introduction

The deferred examination application service request functionality enables you to submit your deferred examination application via the PeopleSoft system, you will no longer be required to complete and submit a hardcopy of the application.

Once the application has been completed, the deferred examination application will be assigned to the administrator for review.

 Target Audience

Students who would like to defer their examination due to the following reasons:

• Religious objections
• Participating in national, provincial or UCT sporting event
• Medical (This includes illness and mental health disorders)
• Illness during an exam session
