Screencasts
From time to time, you may want to make recordings of worked examples to share with students. How you achieve this will depend on what kinds of resources you have at your disposal. To achieve a workable recording, you will (at minimum) need a phone with a camera and sufficient memory to record, a reasonably quiet and well-lit place to record and materials to draw or write with. If you have headphones with a mic, that improves sound quality substantially. And if you have a mini tripod, that makes angling your phone a lot easier, some people have also made magic with sticky tape and some pots and pans!
You will need to make the recording either using your mobile phone software, or using Screencast on Vula. Upload to Lecture Videos in Vula to take maximum advantage of the video compression software.
