Unless a collective agreement, arbitration award or determination made in terms of the Wage Act provides otherwise, every employer on whom the collective agreement, arbitration award, or determination is binding must-
keep a copy of that collective agreement, arbitration award or determination available in the workplace at all times;
make that copy available for inspection by any employee; and
to an employee who has paid the prescribed fee; and
free of charge, on request, to an employee who is a trade union representative or a member of a workplace forum.
