The COVID pandemic is on everyone’s lips, but there is a global pandemic that has been around since time began- and that is intimate partner violence, which is one type of domestic violence. This is a topic that is radically under-taught, yet South Africa has one of the highest burdens of IPV and intimate femicide in the world.
