There are so many books and articles about facilitation in general and online facilitation in particular. What have we learned that can help us to become highly effective online facilitators? We will share what we think are the most important aspects of online facilitation.

Purpose: Developing guidelines for effective online facilitation

Task: Read the articles, ‘ The art of hosting good conversations online’ by Howard Rheingold and ‘The do's and don'ts of online facilitation’. Join our Live Online Meeting at 11 am (SA time) on Thursday to comment on these two articles and to develop guidelines together for effective online facilitation.
