	CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS • Positive Tinel’s Sign – pain, numbness, or tingling in the median nerve distribution resulting from tapping over the proximal wrist crease PLUS • Positive Phalen’s sign or reverse Phalen’s sign – pain, numbness, or tingling in the median nerve distribution resulting from complete palmar flexion and dorsiflexion respectively, of the wrist for 60 seconds
