Positive Tinel’s Sign
pain, numbness, or tingling in the median nerve
distribution resulting from tapping over the proximal
wrist crease
PLUS
Positive Phalen’s sign or reverse Phalen’s
sign
pain, numbness, or tingling in the median nerve
distribution resulting from complete palmar flexion
and dorsiflexion respectively, of the wrist for 60
seconds
