De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis IV
•Diagnostic criteria
•Pain and tenderness localised to the radial aspect of the wrist •PLUS positive Finkelsteins's test •Sometimes a palpable nodule in course of  Abd. pollicis longus & Ext. pollicis brevis.
Finkelsteins's test
Ask patient to make a fist over his thumb, and ulnarly deviating wrist – sharp pain at this site is produced by active extension and abduction of the thumb against resistance
