Rules for the Conduct of Proceedings in the Labour Appeal Court
12. General

1. The Court may, for sufficient cause shown, excuse the parties from compliance with any of these rules.

2. The Judge President, or any other judge authorised by the Judge Preseident, may give any directions that are considered just and expedient in matters of practice and procedure.
