Dear USER_NAME,
To access Vula with your guest account (someone@gmail.com), please go to http://vula.uct.ac.za > click on the Guest Login button > enter your username (someone@gmail.com) and password.
If you cannot recall your password, please create a new one as follows:
- Go to the Vula home page (http://vula.uct.ac.za) > click on "Reset Password"
- Enter your email address (someone@gmail.com) and click on the “Request Password Change” button
- Check your mailbox, for the password reset link and follow the prompts
- Go back to Vula, go to http://vula.uct.ac.za and to click the "Guest Login" button on the Vula home page. Enter the username (someone@gmail.com) and new password entered in Step 3.
If you are not receiving password reset email in your main mailbox, please check under your SPAM/ Junk Mail folder, it might be sitting there, please check and update us.
Once logged on, and you cannot see a certain tab listed on the top banner, please navigate to the SITES button (on the top right-hand side). If you would like to have the site listed on the top banner, please click on STAR in-line with the site.
