• OHSA (isocyanates, grain dust etc. under HCS Regulations; possibly the Regulations for Hazardous Biological Agents) and the Merchant Shipping Act (fishermen).
• COIDA : Schedule 3 diseases:

  • occupational asthma due to organic dust; fungi/spores;proteolytic enzymes) (Table IVa)

  • extrinsic allergic alveolitis due to moulds, fungal spores or any other proteinacious material;
  • fibrosis of the parenchyma of the lung due to organic dust;
  • allergic contact dermatitis due to dust, liquids or other external agents.
