Students are taught by way of the first factory visit in the Practicum Block how to do a hazard scan and occupational hygiene risk assessment using a hazard matrix methodology which is similar to that used for the Factory Visit in Practicum Block 1. The only difference is that first of the eight steps is skipped and you can proceed directly from the second step. |
