Dear Staff
A reminder that the Personal Performance System (PPS) Formal Mid-Year Review must be completed in April, for all PASS staff PC6-12.

The PPS01 form (the form to be completed during this process) can be found at http://web.uct.ac.za/depts/sapweb/forms/pps01.doc. Line managers and staff must complete Step 6.1 of this form.
The Staff Learning Program runs a number of workshops throughout the year on how to use the PPS system. Bookings can be done using the online booking system at http://hr.uct.ac.za/learning/staff_programme/booking/ .
